Our kitchen is designed on the principles of the traditional Indian kitchen and uses handmade utensils from various regions of the country making for an authentic culinary experience. Fresh produce is sourced from local farmers reducing the carbon footprint in terms of cold storage and supply chain. Our cocoa and coffee are ethically sourced.
